I was dreading having to deal with another warranty issue, but this one was surprisingly painless. They sent the replacement part quickly, and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of annoying hoops or go back and forth forever. Nice to have it sorted without the usual service headache.

Got my Ortur up and running easily. The instructions made sense, and the support info helped when I hit a small snag. Happy with it so far.

I had a feeling this would be good quality, and so far it’s pretty much confirmed what I already thought. It works really well and is still holding up nicely after using it. Definitely happy with it.

For the price, I really can’t complain. It works fine, does what it’s supposed to do, and feels like a fair deal. It’s nice when something is actually priced reasonably and still holds up...

I bought this from orturtech.com because I wanted to try laser engraving at home, but I didn’t want something that felt intimidating or risky right out of the box.

After using it, the safety features are what I appreciate most. The emergency stop button and flame detection make me feel a lot more comfortable, and the tilt/bump stop actually kicked in once when my table shifted, so I was glad it was there.

Setup was manageable, but not totally smooth. The manual could explain things better, and I ended up watching a few videos before I felt confident using it. Overall I’d give it 4 stars because the safety features work well, even if getting started took a little extra effort.

I couldn’t get much use out of this software. The compatibility was so bad that half the time it felt like I was fighting just to get basic things working. What a joke.

This was super easy to put together. Opened the box, laid everything out, and just kind of got started. No weird parts, no annoying guessing game. Setup was quick. Done before I expected, which was nice.

I ordered this during the week while I was trying to get a few other errands done, so I wasn’t really expecting it to arrive that fast. But the shipping was quick, and the package showed up with no problems or damage. Smooth overall

I’ve been using my Ortur for small wood signs and acrylic tags. Happy so far. The engraving looks really clean once you get the settings right. Cutting 3mm plywood works fine too. Not fast though. Setup took some trial and error. A little confusing at first. Overall, solid machine. Would’ve been 5 stars if the setup instructions were clearer.

I had a small issue with my Ortur setup, so I emailed support not expecting much. They got back to me way faster than I thought and actually seemed to read what I wrote instead of just sending some copy-paste reply. After a couple of messages, everything was sorted out. i’m really happy with how they handled it.
